TugMug, the . . . . Bouncy?

TugMug was an . . . interesting character. He sounds like he should be dragging one leg and fetching brains, he has a mohawk and his lipstick is more garish than Cheetara's. As for his personality, I stick by my 'bouncing ball of hate' reference on the bios page. TugMug is quite powerful, despite his appearance, and is quite a formidable villian. I'll give him that at least.
